General Information: 

How many classes are in a session?

Our programs operate on a monthly enrollment basis, with tuition due by the first Friday of each month. Enrollment continues through the end of the school year (June) unless a 30-day written notice of withdrawal is provided. The number of classes per month may vary depending on the calendar.

What subjects do you offer tutoring in?
I offer tutoring in all Common Core subjects! You can choose the specific areas your child needs support in. Whether it’s English and Social Studies, Science and Math, or both,

What age groups or grade levels do you work with?

We are currently accepting students ages 5 - 7.

Do you provide in-home tutoring, virtual tutoring, or both?

All tutoring takes place in person at Ms. Caroline's residence. We value hands on learning. 

What is your illness protocol?

Colds (runny noses) are common in environments with children present; however, active colds where a child is actively needing to blow their nose/sneeze/cough will not be allowed. If a fever over 100 degrees (within 48 hours), active cough, vomiting, or diarrhea (within 72 hours) are present please keep your child at home. If it occurs during tutoring hours your child will need to be picked up as soon as possible. This is for the comfort of your child as well as for the protection of the other children, and my family. Please notify me at once when you find that your child has a contagious disease so that the parents of other children may respond appropriately. If a child should become ill during the day, you will be notified immediately and will be expected to pick the child up as soon as possible.

What medical information should I ensure I tell you?

Please inform me of any allergies or medical conditions your child may have to ensure their safety and well-being during tutoring sessions.

What should my child wear?

 Please bring your child dressed and ready to begin the day. I ask that you dress your child so that the child is free to play and learn outside. Please include a full change of clothing in case of the unexpected. I will be glad to store these items for you. Please dress your child in clothing that is appropriate for the weather. I may include outdoor play, weather permitting. A jacket may be needed.

What should my child bring?

Please have your child bring their own water bottle, snacks, and lunch if applicable. I’ll provide filtered water and light snacks as needed.

How much do tutoring sessions cost?
Tutoring sessions are offered in blocks:

If you'd like your child to attend both blocks, the combined 5-hour session is $80.


When will I receive the invoice?

Our programs operate on a monthly enrollment basis, with tuition due by the first Friday of each month. Payment should be received within 4 business days. Appropriate form of payment is check made out to Blue Skies Academics LLC or Zelle to Blue Skies Academics LLC. There will be a $15.00 fee added for late tuition. You will be responsible for any bank charges incurred by an insufficient funds check, and hence forth, your fee will be accepted in cash only.

Charter School Funds: 

If approved as a charter school vendor or community provider, families can pay using designated funds or out-of-pocket.
